Evolve are a managed service provider, seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and expand market presence. The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, engaging with key stakeholders and positioning our business as the solution to meet our customer's needs.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers, understand their needs, and stay abreast of industry trends in a competitive landscape. Tailoring this to the sectors which we primarily focus on.

  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and attending industry events.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target accounts. Understand their business challenges and position our managed solutions effectively.

  • Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our SD-WAN technology coupled with the other components of our managed solution.

  • Prepare and deliver detailed proposals, including pricing, technical specifications, and implementation plans, tailored to the client's specific requirements.

  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions to close deals successfully. Ensure alignment with company policies and profitability goals.

  • Collaborate with the implementation and support teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to deployment, providing ongoing support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline status, revenue forecasts, and GP contribution, using CRM tools. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market insights.

  • Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align business development efforts with overall company objectives and customer needs.
