Flt Counterbalance Driver

Advance Management are seeking a skilled and experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our dynamic warehouse team.
Responsibilities:

• Operate a counterbalance forklift truck safely and efficiently to move materials and products within the warehouse and yard.
  
• Load and unload goods from trucks and containers.
  
• Stack and store materials in designated areas, ensuring proper organization and inventory control.
  
• Maintain accurate records of movements and stock levels.
  
• Inspect forklift truck before each shift to ensure its operational safety and report any defects immediately.
  
• Adhere strictly to all company health and safety procedures and regulations.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  
• Assist with other warehouse duties as required, such as picking, packing, and general warehouse cleanup.
  
• Work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
  
• May be required to work overtime as needed.
  Qualifications:
  
• Valid and current Counterbalance Forklift Truck license.
  
• Proven experience operating a counterbalance forklift in a warehouse environment.
  
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Excellent physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects.
  
• Good communication skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is desirable but not essential.
  
• 7:00am - 4:30pm
