Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Business Systems & Development to lead their business systems and data teams. This is a pivotal role that will shape the future of enterprise solutions, data, and software development within a 15,000-strong workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the solutions development, data, applications, and systems management functions.

Oversee the data reporting team and data warehouse, ensuring insights are unlocked.

Drive system integration, working with third-party SaaS products and improving workflows.

Spearhead the selection and implementation of new CRM, finance, HR, and payroll systems.

Ensure the performance and efficiency of core systems, including rostering solutions.

Establish DevOps practices and drive innovation within the software development team.

Manage a team of 10-13 specialists within a 31-strong IT department.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven leadership in managing business systems, applications, and data functions.

Strong integration experience, particularly in finance platforms, CRMs, and payroll systems.

Hands-on expertise in mid-tier solutions such as Dynamics 365, NetSuite, or Unit4 (Coda).

A strategic thinker with technical acumen to optimize development and system performance.

Experience implementing DevOps methodologies and fostering an innovation-driven culture.
