Overview of the role:
You will be supporting the Plant Operations Team to carry out electrical maintenance to Mobile Water treatment equipment. You will also be helping with routine maintenance tasks, regeneration operations, housekeeping and fault finding.
This is a busy role within our team and there are plenty of opportunities to progress.
What will your day-to-day look like?

  • Working with Siemens and Allen Bradley PLC software.
  • Fault finding in control systems (PLCs', SCADA, DCS etc) through preventative and reactive maintenance.
  • Electrical and PLC support to the Plant and Assembly Team.
  • Producing documentation / drawings for the plant PLC
  • Maintaining electrical control systems in containers, trailers and skids. Including lighting, direct on-line, instrumentation, pumps / motors, etc.
  • Some PLC modifications and fault finding in the regeneration plant, for sites, and on our control systems for mobile water treatment equipment.
  • Assisting in the development of plant modification and improvement work.
  • Maintaining accurate maintenance records.
  • Following EHS and Quality standards.
    What skills will you have?
  • Experience in industrial electrical works
  • Previously worked in Industrial area, assembly or other operational role
  • Strong EHS and Quality awareness
  • 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations, or NVQ3 in electrical based units, or similar
  • Drawing software skills
  • Experience in the Water treatment industry is an advantage, but not essential
