About the Company: Our client boasts a formidable global cyber security workforce, ranging from cloud security experts to threat analysts. They collaborate with prominent household names worldwide and are known for their excellence in the field.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience monitoring security systems and alerts in SOC (security operations centre) analyst or security analyst type role.
  • Must be confident with at least one SIEM tool (Security Information and Event Management), Splunk would be useful too.
  • Sound understanding of computer networks, firewalls, protocols.
  • Som comprehension of Threat Intelligence and overall cyber security landscape.
  • Have authored detailed reports on security incidents.
  • Happy working shifts and being on site full time.
  • Able to investigate a problem at a deeper level to provide insights.
  • Any security qualifications such as CISSP, CEH or similar would be highly beneficial.
    It is essential that you have current DV clearance and are happy to relocate - please consider this before applying.
    How you will play a key part as a Security Analyst.
  • Working closely with the IT Security team to mitigate and prevent any attacks.
  • Developing a further understanding of the cyber security industry and how it impacts the role and company.
  • Creating incident response strategies.
  • Analyst security events using different tools.
  • Conducting regular security assessments and providing reports.
