83zero is working with a leading IT consultancy that partners with global organisations to deliver IT operations along with business advancements through the adoption of new and innovative technologies.

Our client partners with a number of international private businesses in shipping, real estate, energy, banking, and investments.

You will be joining their growing team on a hybrid basis, on-site 3 days a week in their office based in Marble Arch.

You will be playing a crucial role in driving modern work practices through continuous improvement of the use of M365 solutions.

You will be working on the technical design and implementation of M365 across the business as well as acting as an escalation point for all things Microsoft.

Your responsibilities will include…

Provide ongoing technical design input and implementation of updates to the current SharePoint landscape, and development and deployment of new solutions as required.
Troubleshoot issues and raise changes to resolve problems or improve the operational performance of related systems.
Understand core business needs, requirements, and problems to be solved in order to assess the potential adoption of M365 solutions.
Escalation point for service desk, supporting multiple companies and tenants with their M365, Azure, O365, and other hosted applications.What you've got…

You have proven experience working with:
Intune
SharePoint Online
MS Teams
PowerShell
Azure
Exchange
A proven background in delivering Modern Work solutions to either internal or external customers
Experience in being a global administrator (desirable)
Excellent communication skills
Good understanding of relevant IT applications including Azure DevOps
You are a logical thinker and highly analytical with amazing attention to detail
Strong stakeholder management experience with either internal or external stakeholdersReady to Apply?
