Job Title: Senior Ruby on Rails Developer (Remote)

They are looking for a talented Full Stack Ruby on Rails Developer to join their remote team and contribute to our exciting projects.

Key duties and responsibilities as the Senior Ruby on Rails Developer include:

Develop and maintain web applications using Ruby and TypeScript.
Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure backend services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
Manage and maintain MySQL databases.
Deploy and manage applications on AWS.
Ensure the security and integrity of applications and data.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.Requirements:

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
Proficiency in Ruby and TypeScript.
Strong experience with Ubuntu operating system.
Solid understanding of MySQL database management.
Hands-on experience with AWS services.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Strong communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with other programming languages and frameworks.
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
