I'm recruiting for a talented and technically-driven Software Solutions Lead to join a growing technology company and play a key role in delivering innovative software solutions. This role is perfect for someone with a strong technical background who is eager to take on more leadership responsibility and grow into a leadership position.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with clients to understand their needs and design high-level software solutions.
Guide a team of engineers, providing technical support and helping them adhere to best practices.
Oversee the development lifecycle, ensuring quality, performance, and scalability in every solution.
Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and product teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment.
Communicate solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.What You Bring:

Strong technical background with experience in software development, including architecture, design, and deployment.
Proficiency in Java (and bonus points if you use Python too)
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerisation tools like Git, GitLab, and Docker.
A passion for problem-solving and the ability to work on multiple projects at once.
