  • 2+ years of experience in a full stack or senior developer role.

  • Strong grasp of object-oriented languages such as Ruby, Java, C#, or Python.

  • Experience with front-end frameworks like Vue.js, Angular, or React.

  • Comfortable with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB), and DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines).

  • Passion for mentoring, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality, scalable code.

  • Agile methodology experience, including scrum ceremonies and collaborative planning.
