Warehouse Operative

We are currently seeking on behalf of our client based in Eccleshall, motivated and dedicated individuals to join their team as Warehouse Operatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of a fast-paced and dynamic warehouse environment. This is a temp to perm position based in a cold storage facility Warehouse.

Shifts:

·Monday to Friday

Days - 8am-6pm

·£12 (day shift)

Key Responsibilities:

·Picking and packing: Accurately selecting items for dispatch and ensuring they are securely packaged in a Warehouse.

·Manual handling: Safely lifting and moving items of various weights and sizes within the warehouse. Use of PPT and VNA will also be expected once training completed.

·Health and safety: Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure working environment.

·Loading and unloading containers: Efficiently loading and unloading goods from containers using appropriate equipment.

·Other warehouse duties: Assisting with inventory management, stock replenishment, and general warehouse maintenance tasks.

Requirements:

·Good level of English: Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English to ensure clear instructions and seamless teamwork in the Warehouse.

·Ability to handle manual tasks that involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

·Strong focus on accuracy when picking and packing items to ensure customer satisfaction.

·Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive Warehouse environment.

·Experience using PPT and/ or VNA would be advantageous but full training would be given for the right candidate.
