Key Responsibilities:

⚙️ Infrastructure Automation: Design and manage Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible to create scalable and reliable cloud environments.

🔄 CI/CD Pipelines: Build and maintain efficient CI/CD workflows with tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps for continuous integration and delivery.

☁️ Cloud Services: Deploy, monitor, and optimize applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP, ensuring high availability, cost-efficiency, and top performance.

🐳 Containerisation & Orchestration: Build and manage Docker containers and Kubernetes clusters, enabling seamless scaling and deployment.

🔒 Security & Compliance: Implement secure cloud architectures, automate security controls, and ensure compliance with GDS and NCSC security standards.

📊 Monitoring & Logging: Use tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or AWS CloudWatch to monitor system performance and health, ensuring uptime and identifying issues proactively.

🤖 Automation Support: Assist software engineers by automating repetitive tasks and streamlining workflows, driving efficiency across teams.

Qualifications

Essential Skills & Experience:

🔧 Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC): Strong experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible to automate infrastructure provisioning.

☁️ Cloud Expertise: Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP for cloud service deployment and management.

🔄 CI/CD & Automation: Proficiency in setting up CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.

🐳 Containerisation: Experience building and managing Docker containers and Kubernetes clusters to support scalable applications.
