We are seeking several experienced FLT Operators for a busy manufacturing facility in the Tamworth area. This is an opportunity to work for a high-profile production facility seeking candidates who are able to commit to a favourable day shift (Apply online only)). Should these hours not suit, Pertemps are also on the lookout for trained forklift drivers for other key clients in the Tamworth area.

As a Forklift Driver, your responsibilities will include:

• As a minimum, operating Counterbalance MHE equipment
  
  Operating heavy duty machinery
  
• Material handling in support of production lines
  
• Replenishing racking and helping with sequencing of parts
  
• Loading / unloading containers
  
• Supporting with off-truck work as required (i.e. picking, palletising, goods in/out paperwork)
  
  In order to be considered for our Forklift Driver role, you must:
  
  
• Hold a minimum of 6-12 months experience as an FLT Operative
  
• Be able to produce universal certification to prove your eligibility to drive
  
• Be fully flexible to work in production areas as well at the stores
  
• Have a positive, ambitious working attitude
  
• Possess a good sense of humour and desire to support your team mates 
  Hours of work: (Apply online only) Monday to Friday
   
  Rate of pay: £12.44, increasing to £14.42 after completion of 12 weeks (you will additionally receive an annual bonus of up to £1,600 based on the basis of an acceptable attendance level)
