About the Role:

In this role, you will:

Lead the front-end development strategy and architecture, collaborating closely with key stakeholders.
Develop high-performance user interfaces using React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
Provide technical leadership, including code reviews and architectural guidance.
Work alongside product managers and UX/UI designers to deliver seamless, user-friendly

Champion best practices such as TDD, clean coding, and modern front-end methodologies.
Promote a DevSecOps culture, ensuring the secure and efficient delivery of high-quality features.
Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and engineering excellence.Essential Skills:

Has a proven track record leading teams and delivering successful front-end projects.
Brings extensive commercial experience in React, TypeScript, and JavaScript, with hands-on deployment in Azure.
Has deep expertise in modern front-end architecture and performance optimization.
Can solve complex technical challenges and deliver strategic, scalable solutions.
Has a strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
Is passionate about DevSecOps, security best practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
Possesses excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Has experience working with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
